How Shipping Works

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size and destination. Standard ground shipping typically delivers in 3–7 business days. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout or by request.
Delivery Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — contact our team for a quote on international orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

Double-Check Your Shipping Address
Verify your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Incorrect addresses cause delivery delays and may result in additional shipping charges for re-routing or re-delivery.
Include a Contact Phone Number
Carriers may need to contact you for delivery — especially for oversized items like pump assemblies or tank equipment. Always include a current phone number with your order.
Inspect Packages Upon Delivery
Check all packages for visible damage before signing. If the outer packaging is crushed, punctured, or shows signs of rough handling, note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
Request Expedited Shipping for Urgent Needs
If you need a part urgently, select an expedited shipping option at checkout or call us directly. We can often arrange next-day or second-day delivery for in-stock items when requested before our processing cutoff.
Save Your Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Save this information and monitor the shipment status — especially for high-value or time-sensitive orders.
Contact Us Before Refusing a Delivery
If a package arrives that you were not expecting or appears incorrect, contact our team before refusing the delivery. Refused shipments may incur return shipping charges and delay resolution.
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us immediately with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also contact us with your order number and we will provide the current shipment status.
Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders shipped to the continental U.S. from our Georgia warehouse usually arrive within 3–5 business days.
Yes. We offer next-day, second-day, and 3-day expedited shipping options through UPS and FedEx. Expedited options can be selected at checkout or requested by calling our team before the 2:00 PM EST processing cutoff.
Inspect all packages upon delivery. If you find damage, take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s), then contact us within 48 hours with your order number and the photos. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement shipment.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once a package is in transit, address changes are subject to carrier fees and may not be possible.
International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact our team with the items you need and your shipping destination, and we will provide a shipping quote including any applicable duties and customs fees.
