Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions.
Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.
Items must not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

How to Initiate a Return
Follow these four steps to get your return started quickly and smoothly.

Pack Your Item
Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Ship It Back
Send the package to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method. We'll provide the return address.
Receive Your Refund
Once we inspect and approve the return, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
Refund Timeline & Process
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
Inspection (1–3 Days)
We inspect the returned item upon receipt to confirm it meets our return conditions.
Approval & Processing (2–3 Days)
Once approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Bank Processing (3–5 Days)
Your bank or card issuer processes the credit. Timing may vary by institution.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear.
Electrical components and control modules once removed from original packaging.
Custom-order or special-order parts sourced specifically for your project.
Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
Hazardous materials and pressurized components.
Exchange Policy
Need a different part? We make it easy to swap your item for the right one.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different specification, or a comparable product of equal or lesser value.
To request an exchange, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order ID and the item you'd like instead.
If the replacement item is higher in value, you will be charged the difference before it ships.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
