What the Warranty Covers

Covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.
Hoses, Nozzles & Fittings

Excludes wear items and UV/chemical damage.
Valves & Flow Meters

Covers internal components and seals under normal use.
Electrical & Control Components
90 Days
Short warranty period due to sensitivity of electrical parts.
Tanks & Containment
2 Years
Structural defects only. Excludes chemical corrosion.
Filters & Filtration Systems
1 Year
Covers housing defects. Filter media is a consumable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Filing a warranty claim is straightforward. Follow these four steps and our team will handle the rest.

Submit Documentation
Provide photos of the defective item and your proof of purchase. This helps us process your claim faster.
Inspection & Review
Our team reviews your claim within 2–3 business days and may request the item be shipped back for inspection.
Resolution
Once approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on availability and the nature of the defect.
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under our warranty policy.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
Normal wear and tear over time.
Modifications or alterations made to the product after purchase.
Damage from exposure to incompatible chemicals, fluids, or environments.
Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or labels.
Consequential or incidental damages resulting from product failure.
Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.
