Part Compatibility Guide
Find the right petroleum parts for your equipment. Use this guide to identify compatible pumps, dispensers, nozzles, meters, and more — by model, brand, or category.
How to Find Compatible Parts
Follow these four steps to identify the correct part for your petroleum equipment before placing an order.
Locate Your Model & Serial Number
Find the model and serial number on the equipment nameplate, usually located on the side or back of the unit.
Document Your Equipment
Take a clear photo of the equipment label and the part that needs replacement. This speeds up our identification process.
Contact Our Technicians
Send the model, serial number, or photos to our team via the contact page or email. We confirm compatibility before you order.
Order with Confidence
Once compatibility is confirmed, place your order knowing the part fits your specific equipment model and configuration.
Parts by Equipment Type
Select your equipment category to find relevant parts. Our inventory covers all major brands and models used in petroleum retail and commercial fuel systems.
Fuel Dispensers
Nozzles, hoses, swivels, meters, and display components for retail and commercial fuel dispensers.
Submersible Pumps

Tips for Identifying Your Equipment
Accurate part identification prevents costly delays and wrong shipments. Use these tips to gather the information our team needs.
Check the Equipment Nameplate
The nameplate (data plate) is the most reliable source. It contains the manufacturer name, model number, serial number, voltage rating, and production date. It is usually riveted or stamped onto the unit.
Note the Part Number Directly
Many components have a part number printed or engraved on them. If visible, provide this number when contacting us — it guarantees an exact match.
Know OEM vs. Aftermarket
OEM parts are made by the original manufacturer and guaranteed to fit. High-quality aftermarket alternatives may also be compatible at a lower cost. Our technicians can advise which option suits your application.
Confirm Generation or Revision
Some equipment models have multiple hardware generations. A part compatible with a Gen 1 unit may differ from Gen 2. Always provide the full model number including any suffix letters or revision codes.
Beware of Universal Fit Claims
Some parts are marketed as universal but may not meet your system's pressure, flow, or electrical specifications. Contact us before ordering if unsure — we verify fit before you buy.
Keep a Maintenance Record
Maintaining a log of previously installed part numbers simplifies future replacements and ensures you always reorder the correct item without re-identification.
Installing an incompatible part can damage equipment or create a safety hazard. When in doubt, always confirm with our technical team before installation.
Compatibility FAQs
Answers to the most common questions our customers have about part compatibility and identification.
Provide us with your dispenser's model number and serial number — found on the nameplate. Our technicians cross-reference your unit against our parts database to confirm an exact fit before you order.
In most cases, yes. High-quality aftermarket parts that meet OEM specifications will not automatically void your equipment warranty. However, we recommend checking your equipment manufacturer's terms. Our team can recommend OEM or equivalent aftermarket options.
We carry parts for legacy and discontinued models whenever available. For older units, we may source compatible cross-reference parts or equivalent alternatives. Contact us with your model and serial number and we'll do our best to find a solution.
Yes. We carry parts for both standard and double-wall containment configurations. Be sure to specify your containment type when requesting a quote so we can match the correct part.
Absolutely. Photos are often the fastest way to identify a part, especially for worn or unlabeled components. Send clear photos to our team via the contact page and we'll identify and source the correct replacement.
Yes — electrical and hydraulic specifications must match your system's requirements. Using a component with incorrect voltage, amperage, or flow rating can cause equipment damage or safety hazards. Our technicians always verify these specs when confirming compatibility.
